Prices are listed in USD, and payment is accepted in this currency only. Changes to orders are permitted within a 4-hour window post-proof approval with a cancellation fee. Orders can be cancelled after 24 hours but will incur a 50% charge.

Design Orders:

No refunds are provided for design services once an order is placed.

Customers in IL must provide a tax exemption certificate at the time of order if they are tax-exempt.

Artwork and File Submission:

Artwork must be submitted at 300 dpi and in CMYK format. Multi Custom Boxes is not responsible for print quality issues arising from non-compliance with these requirements.

Proofs and Color Accuracy:

The customer is responsible for reviewing proofs. Multi Custom Boxes strives for color accuracy but cannot guarantee an exact match due to limitations inherent in the printing process.

No Liability for Errors:

Multi Custom Boxes is not responsible for errors in the final product such as spelling, grammar, punctuation, or incorrect graphics that were approved by the customer.
